Stewardship Real Property Receivers was founded by seasoned Grayson County real estate Broker, Lainie Ramsey and General Counsel, Keith Becker with one mission in mind: to streamline and improve the receivership process for property transactions involving court oversight.
We understand the unique challenges that parties, attorneys, and judges face when dealing with contentious or stalled real estate sales—especially when one party is actively working against progress. In many cases, attorneys are left doing the heavy lifting, which not only increases their workload but also drives up legal costs for their clients. Meanwhile, receivership is not a common area of expertise, even among experienced legal professionals. To make matters more complicated, courts often appoint real estate agents who may have little to no understanding of what a Receiver’s legal responsibilities truly entail. This can result in mismanagement, delays, and outcomes that fail to serve the interests of all parties involved.
We created Stewardship Real Property Receivers to solve these problems. By combining the strengths of trained Realtors and in-house legal counsel, we offer a full-service receivership solution. Our team works together from day one to ensure that court-appointed property sales are handled efficiently, ethically, and with full transparency for all parties. Our approach is collaborative, our experience is real, and our process is designed to serve the courts, legal professionals, and clients with the diligence and structure they deserve.
